Our Target Groups
Doers (Those already engaged in economic activities). Their needs ranges from exposure to opportunities/insights, support services, skills training and team/groups.
This represent the largest population of women in Dar Es Salaam, who are engaging in social and economic activities with the aim of earn livelihood, support their families and build investment. Most of these women:
– Lack exposure to market insights and resources to help them make informed decisions.
– Lack basic business management and operation skills such as book keeping, marketing, customer service, branding, compliance etc.
– Lack support services and network such as financial services, insurance, research, digital literacy etc.
Next Generation (The girls who dream big and have big vision.
These are those who have potentials and talents but have no gotten opportunity to showcase them and make impact.

Our Target by 2030
– 2,000,000 women in DAR ES SALAAM REGION access marketing and business-related training, capacity building and mentorship services to enable them manage their social economic activities by 2025
– 1,000,000 girls in schools and in communities have access to leadership mentorship and self-discovery skills to build their confidence and willingness to lead and manage their communities by 2030
– 500 women and men facing gender-based violence have forum to voice, reconcile and rehabilitate their mental health and social behaviours by 2030
– 2,000,000 girls and boys are aware of violence against children and are equipped with awareness on children’s rights by 2030.
– 200 women leaders at ward levels are equipped with leaderships skills and are able to take on leadership roles in their communities by 2025.
